While it is easy to start a podcast – if your goal is to build your reputation as a trusted authority, your reach with your ideal client, while set up robust podcast strategy that’ll enable you to nurture listeners into leads, enquiries and ultimately customers – your message and strategy is key!
One of the most common misconceptions (which even I had when I started my first co-hosted podcast nearly 12 years ago) was that the best way to monetise a podcast was through sponsorships.
How wrong was I.
Because when it comes to podcasting for specialists and thought leaders - monetising your OWN message before you monetise someone else’s is a much better strategy.
Which can generate much greater returns (than just relying on advertising dollars) especially if you’re able to build a smaller, highly engaged audience.
By focusing on three key components to position yourself AND build your reputation as a Trusted Authority in your field.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
